Cancellation and Refund Policy: - No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit. - Rescheduling: If you cancel 24 hours before your visit, your deposit will be applied to a new appointment scheduled. - Arrival Time: Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling will be necessary. If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us in advance.
